The Trump Presidency

was it the source or was it the format or was it ... from the wrong country ? Did I leave out a punctuation mark or mis spell a word ?
or is it you have nothing else to say?
Oh I know, it was the advertisements that distract you

I am forced to think about it. Every morning ... and wonder how some of you feed yourselves (Blood On The Tracks )
but hey, #MAGA
or whatever

again, since the 9 other times we have addressed this

they are paying the price for voting for him, when you vote for people who don't believe in climate change, you pay the price by not preparing for storms etc

but please, keep bringing up these quotes. lol

I’m waiting for you to tell me why I should give a ****.

Tampons and bacon and dead African Savanna predators.

You can do better. Truly.

i have yet to tell you why you should give a ****

i can't make you give a **** about something

but noted that you don't care at all about big game "hunting"

i do

But you see, I have to take your words at face value.

So - you're implying that that they are paying the price for voting for Trump. Meaning, had they voted for HRC, there would have been no hurricane?

Or - are you saying that voting climate change enthusiasts like Barack Obama, hurricanes would be prevented?

Even you're not that dumb. So, we know you didn't actually mean that. Meaning, you were implying that Trump voters were getting what they deserved.

So yeah... your authority to call people garbage is met with some serious eye rolling

how do you not understand that not trying to deal with climate change is an issue when dealing with storms?

where do you think you can "Stop a storm" or whatever jibberish you are spewing? i in no way have ever said hurricanes would stop but here you are, acting like i did

so killing people in a revolution against an oppressive gov't is a bad thing and is why you were upset about Che?

i still haven't gotten a full break down on what's wrong with che

but it seems him killing people is a huge issue for you

just curious, do you hold our forefathers to the same standard?

So if they are paying the price for voting for him, what would have happened if they didn't vote for him?

Paying the price means a consequence of an action...

From the horse's mouth

“We executed many people by firing squad without knowing if they were fully guilty.

Che explained his approach to justice thus: “We don’t need proof to execute a man. We only need proof that it’s necessary to execute him.” He made no secret of his disdain for conventional legal standards, calling evidence and burden of proof “archaic bourgeois detail(s).”

In a speech before the United Nations in December of 1964, Che confirmed his government’s ruthless reputation, declaring, “Yes, we have executed, we are executing, and we will continue to execute.”

“If the missiles had remained we would have used them against the very heart of the United States, including New York. We must never establish a peaceful coexistence.”

“My nostrils dilate while savoring the acrid odor of gunpowder and blood…I’d like to confess, Papa, at that moment I discovered that I really like killing.”

And yeah I understand why you support controlling thought... your boy Che did too

“We must eliminate all newspapers; we cannot make a revolution with free press.”

“My friends are friends only so long as they think as I do politically.”

Like Stalin with his Soviet Gulag camps, Che set up political prisons where hard labor was enforced. These re-education camps were a way to punish accused counter-revolutionaries, dissenters, and political opponents. “We send to Guanahacabibes [i.e., Cuban labor camp] people who have committed crimes against revolutionary morals…it is hard labor…the working conditions are harsh…”[vii]

Included in this criminal system were ‘delinquents’ or those who were involved with drinking, disrespecting authority, and being lazy or playing loud music. Homosexuals were singled out for particularly brutal treatment. Also included in the definition of ‘delinquents’ were Catholic priests, Jehovah’s Witnesses, and other religious persons. In 1959, Fidel Castro appointed Che as the commandant of a fortress turned prison called La Cabaña in Havana. At one point, between 800 and 1,000 prisoners were housed in the facility when full capacity allowed for 300

But other than that.. what's wrong with Che? Not like he hunted a tiger

Che is beyond a controversial figure and i disagree with plenty on him

but hey, what does that matter

if they voted for people that would combat climate change

then maybe they would listen to scientists and build better defenses against storms and help protect cities and lives and hopefully limit the damage from them

not to mention help contribute to these "once in a lifetime" type storms we keep getting etc

It's wrong if you lose and right if you win. What is and isn't an oppressive government is arbitrary. You are going to have a hard time finding a government that doesn't oppress it's people in one fashion or another.

from the deluge of scandal we hear daily from this administration
this question always bugged me:

I still haven’t heard a rational explanation of why Ben Carson

needed a dining room set in his office to begin with,

regardless of cost.
