3/21 Braves vs tigers

I hope the lack of inter action during tonight's game on this board doesn't reflect what the fans are going to do at Sun Trust Park. Staying away just because RA,Jr is in Gwinnett demonstrates how shallow Braves fans can be and have been. Maybe Dave Justice was right!

ST has become boring. Everyone is just ready for real baseball. These threads will have a lot of talk come next Thursday

This is a 3 page thread for a spring training game...

This. The last week of spring training is usually like this where most of the players are going through the motions, and most teams' prospects have already been sent down by this point. At this point, you usually have 23 roster spots locked up, and you're possibly waiting for the last bench spot as well as the last bullpen spot.

Its a ST game - I assure you that once the lights turn on for Sun Trust that its going to be a good year. Under the assumption that the Braves will be playing meaningful September games I could see them surpassing last years attendance by 100K.

Your response is full of holes, and did not address my post.. Tonight's game had 41 posts, 11 of which were well before the game started and 4 were dealing with the lack of RA,Jr in game thus making the game not worth watching.

Glad I was able to give you the chance to expound on this year's attendance .

The past 5 days of games have drawn 54, 64, 95, 61, and 33 posts. This game drew 30 actual posts during game.

I agree, a degree of boredom plays a big roll in drop of posts.

I watched part of it, I just have seemingly one million forums and reddit in which I post on, so sometimes I don't get to one forum.

I'm also not going to be able to see at least the early part of OD due to my life obligations.

I hope a good attendance year is more than ~1200 fans a night.

41 posts with 11 before the game even started doesn't fulfii a 3 page thread. Fans staying away just because their fav player isn't in game doesn't say a lot about their true fanship.

If Acuna played maybe it’s a 45 post thread? This is a really weird proxy for loyalty.

And 3 page game threads

That's about right, it seems. Since the Coppy fiasco, this has been a pretty uneventful off-season with regards to personnel decisions. Nothing to do but wait, at this point and maybe the entire season.

AWS sufferer here.

When Acuna plays, I come here to see Enscheffs breakdown of his at-bats. It is worth it to see what he says because he is hands down the best person on this board and it is not close in how he break down a player, be it a batter batting, pitcher pitching or even defense. Some stuff he says I have no clue but I know it is good information when I see it at face value.

Thank you, Enscheff.
