When does weigel return?

Surgery in June, began throwing in January. So probably after the all star break.

I did not dismiss them as leftover rosters because Isabel Sanchez was listed with Gwinnett, among others.

Could be like the mlbpipeline prospect lists where they just add the new guys and leave the rest of the rosters the same. I don't know, but I think it's a possibility

A. Sanchez to AAA till we at least need a 5th starter. Sanchez, wisler, Blair, sims... that is 4 with soroka and allard needing a spot there imo. Hopefully one of wisler, Blair, and sims will be in the pen

Fried will be there as well.

This is all going to be jumbled for a couple weeks until Manchild is called up. Maybe Allard makes a start or two in Mississippi. Rio going down could push Riley there as well, but neither move makes a whole lot of sense to me (which I'm sure is the reason no one called to ask). Carrera AND Santana in Gwinnett likely means the end of Avery's time with us if James isn't sent back to Mississippi as well - Acuna, Peterson, Santana, Carrera, and one of those two would leave the other with NO playing time.

Guess they'll treat the first few weeks like extended spring ball until Gohara's healthy and a couple of vets are cut loose - not much reason for several of these kids to repeat a level.

What's kinda funny about all this juggling at 3B with no Camargo to start (Rio, Schimpf, and now Flaherty), they may have let the best hitter of the bunch jet to Japan when Adonis left - LOL.
