Phillies made a pitching change without the pitcher warmed up. Then Kapler delayed more than allowable time (timer wasn't set possibly) and snit got pissed.

Milner was gotten from the BP with no warm up. He was allowed to warm up from the slope of the mound with Freddie in the box(1 foot). Ump never called for the game to restart. The quicken the game clock was never started so Milner got to warm uip oin the mound.
