Ahh, so you're going way out on a limb and projecting them to score ~20 more runs then last year.
Very insightful haha.
Braves have lost two out of their last 3.
I also think starting pitching is the key and I like what I'm seeing
During the offseason I said I thought the starting pitching was going to be good and wanted to bring in arms for the pen. I still worry about the pen but there isn't much we can do at this point but hope we have organic development.

I also think starting pitching is the key and think so far they are doing what they need to do, but I’m still skeptical.
They are all pretty questionable bets to sustain though they were all pretty decent chances. Loving it so far.
some of the starters will transition to the pen later this season...if we are above .500 at the deadline I could see us picking up some bullpen help
You're adding Gohara and Soroka to that mix though.
Can you really count on them to take a starting workload through September?
But yeah, I think you’ll see some change in the rotation as year goes on
Gohara is already having his innings limited and I suspect they are being real cautious with his 'injury' to manage that workload already.
Soroka is just a worhorse and is ready to take the jump to 180-190 IP.
My hope is that AA starts using the 10 day DL as other teams have in the past and we get all of these guys needed rest.
I'm not sure how quick AA will be to use Soroka this year. All indications are he wants to keep guys down longer. I get the feeling Soroka won't be up until much later this season, if at all.
Even though its a "legit" injury you have already seen this with Sanchez. Coming from the Dodgers I fully expect AA to exploit this the best he can. Dude is no dummy.
