He's hitting like hot garbage right now. If he's in this much of a funk against AAA pitching, what do you think major league pitching will do to him? He'll be up as soon as he rights the ship, which I'm betting will be within a week or two
 
Really interesting insight from Chip on the oval strikezone and pitchframing. I had never heard that before.

Joe and Tom of course have to add snide comments that contribute nothing to what could be a really fascinating conversation.

haha god damn. chip does strike me as the guy who does things to get in good with his boss. so if it's this and actually quoting a fangraphs article or two then I'm for it obviously.
