GDT: Mets @ Braves game 3

Too early to say and such, but would you move Julio for the right offer? Not a lot out there in SP's available.

Probably a dumb question to say after his gem.

Unfortunately he hasn't been used that way. I always feel the team will lose extra inning games because the bench is so bad.

Having him and Peter on the bench does suck, esp. combined with Perez. But that is because they DFA'd Lane Adams instead of PB, not a good move since Lane is a decent pinch hitter. Having an .800 OPS or close to it pinch hitting is quite good IMO.

This team will be a lot better when Acuna/bats/Flowers are up.

Toughest schedule in baseball without being at full strength and we are 4 games above 500 after the approx the first 16% of the season.

Good sign.

Only if the team isn't in contention. I think at best you are looking at a 50FV prospect for him which is fine. But I feel if he has found a way to be successful with his current stuff he would be better use to the Braves.

Hope Bautista is a bench bat/spot starter. I want camargo at 3b.

Definitely, even if the Braves remain fringe in the WC race. I think Soroka can be solid in replacement this season, and another $11 million in free-agent space for 2019 would be nice—plus the prospect return from the actual trade.

Even the Mets announcers said they didn't see that Albies play being overturned on us yet it was. Replay is killing us this year, good we got some justice coming back.

We have a log jam if fifth starters. Can we move some and get anything useful? Brewers for a corner of still makes sense to me but we have neck and tucker.

I was thinking maybe we could get moustskis on the cheap but aa seems to like Bautista and flagherity

I like Flaherty and all but Camargo should be getting 90% of the starts at 3B moving forward.

Let Flaherty give swanson/albies a rest every now and again.

Ender hitting 370 on the homestead. Knew he would get it going soon. I also like the 7 steals so far. Hopefully that's a sign we will run more.

He should have 8 steals as he was safe at home in Washington too. Another one replay screwed us on.

Definitely. I don’t think this is even a question. Deal him.

Yeah i might just keep him if he keeps pitching like this unless a desperate team throws a huge prospect AA's way.

Got Gohara, Soroka coming up, and could sign one in FA next winter if need be.
