What would it take to get moose? Wisler is a cheap arm with control. Comargo plus wisler too low? Maybe they would want to go full rebuild and get prospects.
Moose at 3b and Bautista as 3b vs lefties or of. That might be a good offense.

Flaherty and Camargo is fine, if we made a trade, i'd go for a controllable BP arm.

I don't see us trading for another third baseman after adding Joey Bats to go with Camargo and RF. Bowman said Joey Bats could join the team at third within the next week:

If Joey Bats shows he has something left in the tank, I wouldn't be surprised if AA trades Markakis and we end up with an outfield of Acuna-Inciarte-Bautista/Tucker at some point. Then Camargo could play more the second half at third base.

You'd trade Camargo who could be a valuable piece to use later on, and Wisler for a guy who we'd have for half a year.
And Moose isnt very good defensively, RF/JC are at least decent on defense.
If the Braves wanted Moose, they would have signed him in the offseason. By not doing so it showed they either didn’t have the funds to buy him, or they didn’t want him. Why would either of them change now? Neither of the players you named would save us any money necessary to take on his salary this season.

If the Braves trade Markakis and at least save 5 million in doing so, then they could probably afford Moose if they wanted him. But either way I expect Moose to cost more in a trade at the deadline than Camargo if he keeps hitting. Wisler's trade value is still zero IMO, one start won't change that. He'll need to show he can repeat that more games before he has any value again.

I have little faith that we'll sell Markakis. I know we have a new GM. But JS/McGuirk were never big on including money in a trade. Never really understood why.
I can't imagine any team willing to bring on Markakis and his salary. Even if only for 3 months. He's way too overpaid.
