Can't hide bad defenders. I thought you could with Kemp and I learned last year I was deadly wrong.

The saber movement won and he can't deal with it. That doesn't mean traditional scouting isn't still paramount to a teams success but he incorrectly feels that it's gone from the game.

True. I just don't buy into the fact that hitters get fastballs pumped in there with an elite hitter behind him in fear of a walk.

With the way young stars have broken out over recent years, you likely aren't going to see the "challenge with a fastball" thing at first anymore with young rookies.

(Unless your name is Ozzie Albies, who is still getting ambush fastballs thrown to him for some reason and has 9 HRs)
