Not weighing in on the question here, because I have no idea, but I'm not sure how clear a distinction that is. Cohen was employed by the Trump Org 'til fairly recently. He left after the election, maybe? IIRC he did the Stormy NDA deal over Trump Org email. Was he also acting as Trump's personal attorney then? I guess he might have been, but it seems like the streams have crossed, so to speak.

Whatever the case, I'll stick by my earlier guess that Cohen's move out of the Trump Org into "private" practice was just an attempt to shield various Trump business behind a/c privelege.

Who somehow did very little legal work.

By his own admission, he was "a fixer", a.k.a. a thug with a law degree, a hyper loyal attack dog kept around to do the dirty work. Calling Cohen an attorney is like calling Stormy Daniels a personal trainer.
 
my layman opinion is $35K a month expense would turn up on Trumps tax returns. Somewhere somehow.
but we don't know, do we ?
Over $400K per year

... taking Trump at his word ?

A European diplomat told me he spoke to McMaster just after the Syria strike and asked him: “Now you have leverage: What will you do?” McMaster stared back at him blankly, he told me. “For them, it was not leverage,” the diplomat said. “It was just a strike.”

The Trump administration has had an extraordinarily successful foreign policy. If you think he hasn't then please describe what would make it so.

Why don't you tell me why you think the "policy" assuming he has one, has been so successful. Please do it without the hyperbolic adjectives and adverbs.

Take a hard stance against tyranny. You can mock his twitter usage or interviews all you want. The results are the results and they far exceed anything that has been done in the last 16 years.
