Due back today. They're going to have him relieve for a while and they're being cautious with Soroka, who will replace Sanchez most likely in unfortunately...it'll be 2 weeks.

We have an off day on Thursday, so we dont need a 5th starter until 2 weeks. Soroka should be good by then.

I wouldn't be so sure because of how protective they've been of Newcomb.

Wouldnt say they've been protective of him but even still, on normal rest, everyone will have that with the off-day. There's an off day on Thursday before LA, and on Monday when they get back from LA, so i dont know when they'll need a 5th guy.

Even then, it's obvious to anyone with eyes Sanchez is a long-man, and not a SP anymore. Soroka still should be ready by then.
