2018 Trade Deadline ROSTERBATION

That is an island the size of Australia, y'all. Everyone likes Wilson.

I like Wilson. I would have just left him in Florida longer. I think using BABIP can be misleading if you're not actually at the games. Is he pitching in bad luck or getting tattooed? Can't tell unless you have eyes on it. His walk rate is way up at AA and his GO/AO is down and those are likely contributing to his problems at AA.

If Ian Happ could play 3B he’d be a good get. He’d ultimately end up in LF, but could give us options at 3B as well for the interim

Happ's under control for 5.5 more years, not sure why the Cubs would be motivated to move him.

I could see them move Heyward if they ate some of his contract however.

So, I looked up Mous on fangraphs for enscheff's and my bet... mous now has positive def value. Pull the trigger, AA

Since 2016 Harper is 32nd in fWAR among position players. Gonna laugh when some team pays him a 400 million contract.

If he finishes 32nd in fWAR (doubtful), do you think it affects his contract?

I think his 2015 season, the hype regarding him, hitting FA at a young age, and gracing ESPN The Mag cover as a 16 year old will lead to his contract being really really large. He could finish this season on a tear but outside of 2015 he's been an all-star level talent but not some superstar like the media wants to make you believe.

I just traded a boatload of young assets in my NL only dynasty league for him... and am really regretting it.

True... I also drafted Acuna and Albies years ago

I almost never have Braves on my team because they get deliberately bid up and I just assume it’s a bad idea to win the bidding.

I did make a godfather offer for Albies, Inciarte, and Acuna and am happy it was refused. Bravesiest thing I’ve ever tried to do in fantasy. No surprise it would have worked out poorly,

If ender continues to struggle and the giants fade, should we consider taking on mccutchen? Cutch is in his last year of contract, and he's slashing .262/.351/.447? Cutch could be insurance for Acuna, markakis, and Acuna.

I doubt anyone wants to see Cutch in CF...

He is another lower cost option for LF next year though. He's a guy I always thought might end up a Brave at some point.

No. Ender needs to play due to his defense. Just bat him 8th. The only real move for a position player barring injury would be 3B. That and shoring up the pen is what I see happening.

What do you guys think we should do with Sanchez?

1) Keep him in the rotation until he earns his way out of it
2) Keep him for long relief
3) Trade him now while he's pitching well
4) Trade him at the deadline

Keep him until he starts getting rocked then replace him with Fried or Gohara.
