WHY THE DSL team does not matter:

Even though the DSL Braves have a decent 6-7 record, they have 1) committed 19 errors in the last 3 games, 2) allowed 44 hits and 42 runs (30 earned) in the last 3 games, 3) have made four or more errors in five of 13 games, 4) allowed 27 unearned runs in 13 games.

Paraguate (SS) has made 7 errors, Stevens (2B) 6 errors (3 Saturday), Encarnacion (1B) 6 errors, Sierra (3B) 5 errors.

Riley Delgado not getting much love, but plenty of hits.

I don't think he's going to get any love until he hits at a higher level. He's 23 at Low A ball, so it's not much to get excited about at this point. Judging by the Braves leaving him in Rome despite the hits, I doubt they see him as a serious prospect either.

Always seems to be room for something who makes that much contact an can capably hold down three infield positions. He's definitely an afterthought here, but could at least make for a decently interesting throw-in if he keeps hitting around .320 if he moves up a level.

Not likely to happen, but there's always going to be a need for super-subs that can handle the bat AND SS so long as there's no DH in the NL.
