Think you can add Waters to that to make a nice round 10 Top 100 guys for me - but wouldn't argue very much if someone left he or Allard off their list since (as others have mentioned plenty of times) the difference between guys ranked between 75 and 125 (and maybe even further) is negligible at best.
Still think many (even here) are underrating Riley - where you choose to put him on the list isn't so much the issue as the fact that there are still so many doubters. Most reports about his much-improved nutrition/body/agility and significant defensive improvement have been consistent for over a year now, and you just don't find anyone that says the bat isn't going to play anymore. The vast majority of teams that don't have Arenado or Bryant would be thrilled to have an average-ish defender with a plus arm over there who's going to hit 25+ bombs even if he strikes out a little more than you'd like. He looks just like Andujar, and the Yankees have all but made him off-limits.
Considering the fact that money's tight, I wouldn't freak if AA made the decision to bring him up to play some at 3B down the stretch (and use Camargo more at SS when Dansby's not hitting) rather than add Moose or Donaldson and use the prospects you might burn for a rental to sweeten the pot and go get Iglesias and Amir Garrett to fill out the pen.
