GDT 8-18-18 NIGHT OF THE FOLTYVILLE STOPPER

If the Braves don't go to the playoffs, we're going to be looking very hard at 1-6 at best at home vs the Giants and Rockies, and losing a series to the Orioles.

The Braves are 4-11 in sellouts at SunTrust Park. Lol are they not trying to keep the fans coming? Jesus, guys.

I was about to post that it seems like the Braves have lost most of the games that are sellouts, in the 9th. Didn’t realize it was that bad.

BTW, those who gave me crap a few days ago for complaining about snit's trust in Jackson in key spots can kiss my ass. This is what I was opposing.

Get a good look boys....this will be our playoff feeling....

Prepare yourselves....we can’t do a fckn thing with this bullpen....plain and simple.

We’ve got the least amount of 9th inning blown saves in the league. Quit bringing up the ****ing bullpen.

Aside from the Cubs game that should’ve been called, we really haven’t had very many heartbreaking games this year. I guess we were overdue for a series like this.

Another thing... Ryan flaherty got an AB in a game where flowers and Duvall didn't. I don't think much of Duvall, but he's an AS compared to RF

Don’t feel like fact checking...is this legit?

Braves are 68-54.

They have a 12-3 record vs. Miami and 12-4 record vs. the Mets. That is 24-7 taken away from the 68-54.

Conversely, the Phillies are 55-43 against all teams not named Miami or the Mets (they are only 13-12 against the two teams).

Snit does this a lot, whereas other teams use their worst pinch hitter last or only very early in games. Snit thinks RF has to pinch hit first late too lol

To be fair, I’d rather Flaherty pinch hit with 2 outs and nobody on in the 7th inning and leading, and let actual baseball players pinch hit in big spots.

IF Flaherty has to pinch hit.

Snit is a great clubhouse manager. However, I'm not sure he can go against analytical guys like Roberts and Maddon in October and win. I hope I'm wrong.

Actually you can split it further. Braves have a 41-19 record against the NL East? (forgot how much), then a 10-3 record against Tampa Bay, Chicago, St Louis, and Milwaukee at home.

Yikes caliber record against everyone else.
