Folty goes against this lineup:

Hernandez (S) - relatively even platoon splits
Bour (L) - poor vs LHP
Herrera (L) - some career trouble vs LHP
Hoskins (R) - career issues vs LHP
Santana (S) - very slightly worse vs RHP in his career
Kingery (R)
Knapp (S)
Pitcher
Quinn (S)

I would like to see this game played as if it were Game 1 of the NLDS to give everyone some practice.

That means Folty for 18-19 batters, perhaps being allowed to face Hernandez a 3rd time. This hopefully gets through the 4th or 5th.

Venters faces Bour, Herrera, and Hoskins in the 5th or 6th.

Viz faces Kingery and Knapp in the 6th or 7th.

If the Phils bring in a RHH PH or lets the pitcher bat, leave Viz in. If they bring in a LHH counter with Freeman.

Allow Freeman to continue, or switch to Brach to get through the the bottom of the order and Hernandez in the 7th or 8th.

Minter faces Bour/Herrera/Hoskins/Santana for their 4th PA, no matter what inning.

Finish out the bottom of the lineup with Winkler or Carle if needed, and hope the Braves don't have to face the Bour/Herrera/Hoskins/Santana portion of the order a 5th time.

As much as it'd be nice given that there's proof that pitchers fall off after the 2nd time, there's basically 0 chance that Snitker will agree to doing 18-19 batters. You can get him to play matchup (as he does some), he will not have pitchers go more than 3 times max most of the time, and he even seems to lean towards what we saw Houston do last season in the postseason as he says he might take 2 starting pitchers in the bullpen. But the 2 times through the order only thing, that seems to be a bridge too far for him.

The good thing though from there is he won't let a pitcher get absolutely worn out. It does make you wonder about how many times he had a guy start the 3rd time that wasn't absolutely dealing, and then had to pull him before he got worn out.

If any pitchers pitch just 5 innings in this series, it's simply for rest. Not because of the 18-19 batters thing.
