Flowers takes some walks but overall his bat sucked this year. Hope we bring in a solid starter and he's backup next year

yea or third, second base makes more sense as their second baseman has like -9 DRS so that is another weakness on defense for them.

Kingery had a -6 DRS at short coming in and is -8 DRS overall. Not really good anywhere, LF maybe his best position. But his sample at second is small so might be okay there with more playing time.

Flowers is basically a MLB average bat this year, and above average among catchers. Couple that with elite framing skills and I’m not sure what more you want for $5M.
 
To be fair, Brach got squeezed on strike two last night and probably goes slider instead of fastball if not a 3-1 count

i want a better bat like we saw in the past from both him and Suzuki. But overall Suzuki's offense combined with Flowers has been good enough.
