I've been wanting the Dodgers...looks like I'll get my wish...it is a team our front office knows very well...for example I'm sure they will impress upon Snitker that Puig is a reverse splits hitter
I just dont want Matt Kemp to beat us

The fact that we will only get Buehler once is nice. Kershaw has looked pretty beatable lately. Hill looked bad in early September, but his last two starts were dominant. He also had an incredible game against us in July. Ryu has looked unbelievable in the few starts that he has had this year. Stripling has looked great.
I don't know who all they plan to start, but that rotation is absolutely disgusting.
Another thing to keep in mind is that they are much better against righty pitching than they are against lefty pitching. They almost have an .800 OPS against righties, but only a .734 against lefties. Lots of lefties in the lineup. Machado has reverse splits. Puig has reverse splits. Do we have to consider trying to use Newcomb or Fried in the rotation instead of Teheran against them? Its not ideal, but I think you have to at least consider it.
This matchup is going to be really really tough for us no matter what.
Their numbers against LHP are much better in the 2nd half.

LAD are pretty clearly the best team in the NL, so that's a bit of bad luck for the Braves.
Good news is they feature a lot of LH SPs, and the Braves are good vs LHP.
We breaking some California hippies hearts this week.
that's right...the Dodgers have the better team but we match up well against them

Do we?
Braves have a 107 WRC+ against lefties which is 1st in the NL.
You'd have to think their rotation goes Kershaw, Ryu, Buehler, Hill. 3 of those 4 are lefties.
With dodgers the west team and the big market, why haven't they already announced us as the late game?
Dodgers have the deepest lineup in the NL, elite bench, solid pen, a great 1-4 in the rotation.
Braves are gonna have to play out of their minds to win.
