Actually more complex than that.
Still hoping to learn more behind the riots if you don't mind elaborating
You alright there?
I posted a point about riots being centered around carbon tax in France.
You said it's more complicated than that
I asked you (twice) to elaborate.
You refuse and go on a tangent about libertarians and then very ironically compare me to Trump in the same post.
I'm up for a dialogue on the subject... but as usual, any opinion that doesn't fall right in line with the groupthink is considered illegitimate.
So if you're willing to engage in a discussion on the topic, I'm all ears. It seems to be a big global event on a topic that is gaining steam in this country, and thus relevant of discussion (but I of course realize this falls outside of the purview of Russia)
I'm the one who posted about the French riots (not coming into the topic).
You responded to me telling my I wasn't correct.
And I asked you twice to elaborate as to why, and you go into insult mode.
And I'm the reason we can't debate?
OK
Your initial post had less to do about riots and was simply baiting others to continue the discussion on teargas and Macron, continuing the border discussion from previously about Trump encouraging the teargas usage and whatabout Obama.
Cajun replied about protesters protesting, and you changed the subject about taxes after that. Your initial post was clearly bait trolling about tear gas once again.
Trust me I understand that a topic not involving endless speculation about Russia or impeachment is not allowed, but seemed like ****ing France rioting over their socialist government further raising taxes and gassing its own people was worth chatting about considering we're all "obsessed" with our new socialist darling in the US who wants to the exact same thing.

It's just apparent that the remaining 4 other people on this board care to only discuss those two topics.
board leader
It's a good thing our country now worships at the alter of socialism now
Can someone clarify something about the French protests for me?
Two different members of the board, both nominally of the libertarian bent, are simultaneously saying that the protests are for and against socialist policy. Does it have to be one or the other or could it possibly be some combination of both and thereby not easily reducible to simple categorization?
