Expiring Mueller grand jury gets extension

Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s Washington grand jury, which was set to expire over the weekend, has had its term formally extended by a federal judge.

By law, most federal grand juries are impaneled for 18-month terms, although extensions for up to six months are routinely granted. The key grand jury used by Mueller came into existence on July 5, 2017, and would have run out Saturday without action from the court.

the Russian lawyer from the Trump Tower meeting, despite claims that she was a private citizen, was working directly with the Russian government to cover up a conspiracy to commit tax fraud, identity theft, and money laundering through real estate. That’s exactly the same kind of money laundering and tax fraud behind the charges against former Trump campaign chair Paul Manafort, and exactly the kind of money laundering that powered Trump back from bankruptcy. Trump’s surrogates, including Rudy Giuliani, will be quick to dismiss the charges against Veselnitskaya as unrelated to Trump and unrelated to “collusion.” But federal prosecutors are charging one of those present at the Trump Tower meeting with working directly with the Russian government in a scheme to obstruct justice in the United States. That’s a big deal, and it is collusion

May not end up being relevant, but it’s worth remembering that the Prevezon case was settled for, like, $6M soon after the new Administration was seated.
 
so does Manafartov sharing polling data with Kilimnic constitute a form of collaboration/collusion

would sharing of targeting data and messaging strategies between the campaign and Russians count as collaboration/collusion

so what kind of polling information did Manafartov share with the Russians and what did they do with that information
 
Looks like Mr. Dubelier is trying to bait Judge Friedrich into holding him in contempt. Interesting strategy by Concord Management.
 
So it looks like the GRU (or whatever other Russian entities) had access to internal DNC data (acquired through theft) and to internal Trump campaign data (acquired through collaboration/espionage). That would seem to be exactly what you’d want if you were, I dunno, designing a campaign to influence an election.
