Russia Collusion Scandal (aka A Leftist fantasy)

It always makes me laugh to think of how much of a stink the right made when a hot mic caught Obama telling Medvedev "I'll have more leverage after the election" in 2012 as if it was some grand conspiracy, but those same people look the other way at Trump taking his interpreter's notes from his meeting with Putin, or didn't say a word when he and Kislyak went into the Oval Office but he barred reporters from attending that meeting.

Or had his minions seek out back channels.

Trump's actions have been much tougher on Russia than Obama's, even if his rhetoric has been softer

you keep repeating that, but it aint so...the one time he chose some tough sanctions he was tricked into it by his aides and tossed a tantrum when he realized what happened.

He attacked their pipelines to Germany

He sent arms to Ukraine citizens

He had a pretty large military air strike against Syria

He made NATO stronger

He's closed more Russian consulates

All would be weird moves for secret spy working for Putin, no?

wow...looks like you have joined thethe's reality denial cult

Trump has done a tremendous amount of damage to NATO. By for example showing great reluctance to endorse article 5.

https://www.nytimes.com/2018/07/18/world/europe/trump-nato-self-defense-montenegro.html

The president continued, “Montenegro is a tiny country with very strong people.”

He added: “They have very aggressive people. They may get aggressive, and congratulations, you’re in World War III, now I understand that — but that’s the way it was set up.”

His comments quoted above are a virtual cut and paste of Moscow's talking points.

I noticed you fixated on one thing with a very flimsy defense... It's all good, hopefully this investigation is over soon as you've promised us we will get our treason

Which thing is that. The damage he has done to NATO is enormous. He has completely undercut the credibility of the alliance. He campaigned on an explicitly anti-NATO platform. So he deserves credit for consistency. But the thing he has been consistent about is something that is tremendously in Russia's best interest. Undermining NATO is at the very top of their wish list.

ah yes...the globalist kabbalists...i had completely forgotten about them

Do you want to address the fact that Europe is significantly more unstable now than 10 years ago or should we just ignore all the bad decisions that leadership made and its impacts on European strength. I guess its easier to mock the other side than review the terrible leadership.

are there any wars in Europe at the moment...the last significant one was when Yugoslavia broke up (unless you count Ukraine where the combatants are not in the EU)...today Croatia and Montenegro are in NATO...Bosnia is a partner working toward membership...those countries are also on a path to joining the EU...no one is holding a gun to their heads to join...the UK decided to leave...that's their right...the EU and NATO don't solve all problems...in particular the EU might not be right for some countries...and certainly it has some design flaws...but the EU has become a convenient target...someone to blame for all problems

i mock you because you are one of those people who has gotten fixated on certain ideas that as i said are a form of reality denial

i'm always happy to have a rational discussion, but if mockery is called for i enjoy dishing it out

There is a civil war happening in France now.

There has been a massive increase in sexual crimes.

There has been a dramatic increase in terrorism.

No wars? Wow, what a simplistic way of looking at things.
