The Twins have a lot of available money so I could see it being them. I know we won’t get Manny or Bryce but with us being completely quite knowing we have a gaping hole in the outfield it does make it fun to think about if they have real interest in one of the 2 with the price not being as high as a lot thought it would be. Dansby would be a very nice trade chip if they did want Machado.

Heyman- Yankees and #Reds are getting closer on a Sonny Gray trade. Teams are talking about two prospects and a draft pick going for Sonny. One of 2B prospect Shed Long and C prospect Tyler Stephenson may go. #SFGiants, Braves, Brewers are on periphery. A deal should happen this weekend.

Long and Stephenson are their 6th/7th best prospects, that seems like an overpay.

I somewhat get it with the Reds, because they can flip Gray, Wood, Kemp, Puig etc at the deadline or offer them QO's but it's weird because the Brewers, Cards, and Cubs have really good teams.

Kemp won't get a QO in his wettest dream. Not sure I'd offer one to Puig either. Could see them trying to lock Gray and Wood up.

MLBTR says it’s both, but they have incorrectly quoted Heyman. That’s a 50 or a 45+, and the 36th pick in the draft from a team with no real chance to compete. The Braves shouldn’t come anywhere near that price.

But hey, at least the Reds don’t waste time looking at spreadsheets like nerds!!
