The Trump Presidency

i see "freedom lover" is trying his meme/tweet way of staying off topic in the trump presidency thread now

nice 1,2 attack of distraction from the dumpster fire by not staying on course

The trump presidency will continue if your platform is defending infanticide, eliminating private insurance and private cars.

What's striking to me is how nobody from the left can come out and simply say how sick that VA bill is

Also, what's so bad about the presidency. What has been worse under Trump (specific policies please)

Trump is a liar and a criminal who undermines the agencies of government on a regular basis. The Presidency is like the window dressing for the country, the receptionist of a company, so to speak. He's terrible at that part of the job and mostly incompetent on the rest. I'm happy that he is mostly ignorant of how government works and not wise or secure enough to have smart people around him who do.

Yeah that's not a good answer

Trump said Mexico is “worse than Afghanistan” but I don’t think

anyone is getting drunk on a beach in Afghanistan…

So, there's that
.

I find sturg's take on the Virginia bit really interesting.

1. It's a states right aspect not defined by the constitution.
2. Consider this quote from the Governor in the same interview. “This is why legislators, most of whom are men, by the way, shouldn’t be telling a woman what she should and shouldn’t be doing with her body. … We want the government not to be involved in these types of decisions." So Sturg is OK with government having oversight ona medical decision that's gonna not be easy. He wants the government to be the moral compass of the people.
3. This bill is about lower regulations. I guess that's only a libertarian thing to like when it applies to people making billions of dollars.

Here's a hint, context matters.

There is no deeper context. The left is now stands for abortion even after birth.

If there was a misunderstanding the democrats wouldn't be running from any question as they did today.

The progressive movement has destroyed the traditional democrat and what remains is an extreme/radical group of policies that America won't stand for.

Or when you are trying to make it easier to kill people Libertarians don't like it.

Lol this may surprise you but libertarians and myself believe in not killing people

Otherwise good point.

Keep not condemning infanticide. It's a great look of the left right now.

why would i get upset over fake outrage over a scenario that you are conjuring up out of thin air?

if you want to

i'm not really down with acquitting people who admit to killing humans but you do you bro
