A few days ago they said he was moved from Friday to Sunday

Watched Fried post game interview, and he said the cut was on the top of the pinky and he couldn't quickly get the bleeding to stop. Snit said he only had a couple of batters left to face, so he was at peace with exiting. Listened to the radio broadcast and the velocity reports on his FB were 94-95.

Fried has a 4th minor league option for this year, but IMO he can be a huge piece of the staff. Would love to see him get a start in the first week since Folty and Gaus may be a bit delayed. I haven't seen anyone ask AA or Snit about the opener concept yet this Spring, but Fried could fit that bill well . . . also multi-inning RP.
