Sad that you don't realize what actually happened. Smollett donated 10K Bond to charity. Just like many other wealthy folk, he got off because he has the means to hire a competent lawyer. Trust me a lot more people like him have gotten off for less than what he did.

Donate was the wrong word, I forget where I read that. I don't konw why you'd believe what the AG has to say at his word but not another prosecutor.
