The Trump Presidency

Why would we need financial crisis era measures?

I thought everything was amazing!!!??

He is making moves that benefit the economy in the short term but hurt in the long run to boost the economy because that's what protected his crazy ass. People will put up with a lot of **** as long as the economy is good. Both parties seem to release that borrowing from the future to better the economy now is a winning strategy and Trump is taking it to another level.

I think every president kick the can down the road.

The Republicans know this. Thats why they all of a sudden care about the budget when a Democrat is President. Because they are rooting against the country so they can blame it on a Democratic President. This isnt to say Democrats arent guilty of this in any way, but gotta vote for one of them.... right?

It may be lying but it's also Trump's standard operating procedure. Reading about the devious and systematic way he stiffs contractors, investors and local govts will literally make you sick to your stomach. With good reason he is by far the most ridiculed and despised person in golf. The cheating and lying about handicap doesn't bother me as much as the swindling and bulling course manners, but otoh, anyone stupid enough to be a member at one of his courses after all the information out there deserves what they get.

This book is not your typical opportunistic, political hit job. It was written by Trump's admitted favorite writer (evidently he does read about golf) and a guy who's been around Trump on the course for years. I doubt that any book at this point could have any effect on poll numbers, but Rick Reilly is easily the most respected writer to take a swing at Trump.

The left has succeeded in doing what most fascist states do. Corrupt the education system.

When I was in college I wrote an essay on Abortion. When I turned it in the teacher told me she didn't give me permission to write about Abortion. She didn't tell us we needed to ask permission beforehand so she ended up accepting it. Little did she know I want writing against women getting abortions, it was about equal rights for men to be able to choose up until women can legally get abortions. Got a B+.

I'm a little concerned the left doesn't even pretend to care about free speech anymore

I agree the teacher should let her students write about whomever they want, but in the end, she's the teacher and sets homework guidelines. This is not a free speech issue.

Why is this loser so popular among the left, and why has the left gone all in on defending infanticide?

He is right - People are coached. If asylum was what they were truly seeking for protection then they would stop in Mexico. End of discussion.
