What kind of moron tries to obstruct a hoax investigtion in which he has nothing to hide. This would have been a blip on the radar if Trump did not act like the guiltiest man on the planet. Assume with me for a second Obama went around telling people he isnt Muslim. Just randonly blurts it out like Trump does with "no collusion". Imagine he meets with the leader of Iran and met alone with only an interpreter who democrats refuse to let testify as to what was said. Imagine Obama took Iran's word that they were not doing anything against us over our and our allies intelligence. Imagine the FBI was investigating and Obama asked him for "total loyalty" and then fired him when he said he was loyal to the country not a President. Imagine Obamas campaign manager going to prison for not reporting dealings with Iran. Imagine Obamas National Security Advisor was paid by Iran to help kidnap an Iranian dissident so he could be tortured and murdered and Obama even knew it BEFORE appointing him.

Heres a podcast about money laundering at Trumps Casinos. Regulators found that the lack of controls for money laundering amounted to "wilfull violations of the law". Right before his presidential campaign started one og his casinos was given a big beautifull fine of 10 million dollars. Hardly the first. His casinos were fined for breaking the law like nobodies ever seen. Big beautifull fines, the biggest anyones ever seen!

What the hell are you even talking about?

Can you name something as heinous as that the current Republicans are doing? I don't even know why I'm asking because I can't stand the establishment republicans but a false equivalency like this is absurd.

He didn't obstruct considering corrupt intent is a pre-requisite. There was no underlying crime as corroborated by the Mueller Report.

The FBI/CIA has now proven to be overtly corrupt and therefore should not have been trusted.

Trump did what he should have done but I suppose you would have wanted him to play along, fall into a perjury trap and then get kicked out of office just so you can have some lame leftist ruin our country but allow you to smoke pot legally.

Why do you ask what their political affiliations are. Mueller, Comey, Rosenstein, and the majority of the people Trump rails on for investigating him are Republicans and even in those situations Trump still claims they are biased against him. These are people that have been appointed by every administration back to GHWB. You really didnt seem all that concerned about who is doing the investigating and accusing when it was Benghazi which resulted in 0 indictments. Do you have less than zero awareness of how differently you treat potential criminal matters based on the party?

You can argue there was no corrupt intent during the trial. Thats why we have trials. If many of the statements in the Mueller report are real then they do show corrupt intent. I will expand on that if you want to with specifics. No underlying crime is necessary for obstruction of justice. Its just that people who arent guilty generally dont want to obstruct justice so its kind of a rare thing.



I dont trust the FBI/CIA and have railed against them for years before President Trump. I do find it amusing that your concerned about corruption in the FBI and CIA when its mostly made up of Republicans. If they are corrupt now do you really think they werent in the past? For example publicly speaking about the investigation into Hillary before the 2016 election by Comey.


Your last line. Oh man. Lets dissect this one. Yes, I do expect him to play along with an investigation when he is not guilty. Is perjury trap another way of saying Trump is a pathological liar? How many hours under oath did Hillary testify for Bengahzi? Are you going to tell me Republicans wouldnt try to set a perjury trap for her? There is no such thing as charging people with perjury for mistaking small details. When prosecutors do try to get people to perjure themselves they generally try to get it in a signed statement rather than verbally. It holds up far better in court because people can make mistakes speaking but a signed letter they have time to go over and think about the details.



Next lets get to the part about kicking him out. Do you know who the VP is? No one wants President Pence. Republicans would never agree to boot him from office over perjury.


Lastly, we just came off 8 years of Obama and 16 years of the 24 before Trump were Democratic Presidents. All this marxist/socialist doom and gloom was all said before Obama. You and I both know Republicans will obstruct anything and everything any Democratic President tries to do. This idea that we will suddenly be a socialist nation under Bernie or any of the Democrats is absurd. You are the chicken little of socialism. Obama inherited an economy in shambles from the housing bubble bursting and by the end of his terms the stock market was consistently going up. Trump inherited a good economy and while I do agree on many things with him economically he is making a series of short term moves designed to spike the economy.


As for pot, I oppose all slavery and human trafficking of people who have not violated or attempted to violate the rights of anyone or their property. I am most likely going to support Bernie because of his pledge to end the war on drugs. There is no more important issue. Its not any less morally wrong than Germany shoving Jews in ovens. There is no economic reason I will support a holocaust.

Crimes do not have to be a sure thing to be indicted. Thats the point of trials. Mueller specifically stated that his report did not exonerate the president of committing a crime. Firing Comey because he believed that would end the Russia probe is obstruction. He said on national TV he fired Comey because of the Russia probe and he reportedly said it to staff after firing Comey. That is obstruction with clear intent. Asking Comey to let Flynn go is obstruction. You could say wheres the corrupt intent but I cant fathom any intent that isnt corrupt in that context. Telling McGahn to lie about being ordered to fire Mueller is also obstruction, but I am sure his intent was purely good intent on that one.......


I think we need to hear from Mueller before either of us starts high stepping about this issue.

I love that you chose current Republicans. Lets start with Rep Greg Gianforte who body slammed a reporter and was praised by Trump.

Reporters in this country are trash. They are partisians masquerading as journalists/reporters.

That being said - I almost never condone violence.
 
I almost forgot Judge Andrew Napolitano. He says Trump committed obstruction. Long time friend of Trump and works for the Republican news network.


I also advocate for more than pot legalization. Its just my main focus right now. After marijuana its on to prostitution legalization.
