If they are Riley, we claim them. If they are a drug addict, they belong to Memphis. Similarly to how we view people from Pearl River County. If they suck, they belong to Louisiana.
You have to claim Memphis, because Tennessee doesn’t claim them. Maybe we can pawn them off on Arkansas.
