Padres are the team to look out for there. If he falls past them, then yeah he could be there.
 
There’s been no indication that we would even take Abrams at 9. I wouldn’t get too excited if he falls.

Our homer theory is that Abrams and the Braves have orchestrated him sliding to his hometown team.

Pretty lame of us, but fun to toss around the idea.
 
Crossing my fingers that the Padres pass on Abrams. I don't think Cincy is gonna take him. The Rangers may, but I think if we fade the Padres then we'll have a shot at him.
