Y'all are nuts!!! 2011 was not that long ago. It appears y'all didn't learn anything.
What?

We better get Anderson in the 6th or 7th because it doesn't take a genius to figure out who's pitching the 8th and 9th.
I hope other teams' fans say this statement about Swarzak and Luke Jackson. lmao
don't hate on the incredible luke jackson

I'm not nuts. This is not a great year for the NL, WC #2 is probably going to be an 85 win team from what I can tell.
For the disastrous idea of Braves getting in legit danger to miss, it'd take a 27-39 finishing out record. A 66 win pace. Even when the Braves were struggling earlier, it was around the .500 mark. That might lose them the division if that happens again over a big period of time, but the playoffs? Big lul.
Maybe you don't like this team for whatever reason, like Josh Donaldson being on the team, but contract the freaking franchise if a collapse like I listed happens. It's an almost for sure playoff team.
I mean, Acuna swung at ball four and popped up a flat-ass fastball down the middle. What a day so far.

And this one may legitimately be out of reach now. Damn. What a terrible way to end this series, especially when the Nats play the Orioles. Not that those two really correlate, but we really needed to keep hot going into the series with Washington.
Way the offense looks now and with the pitching matchups we'll be fortunate to win one game this weekend

I admire your confidence and rely on your analytics like they are bedrock, but never say never. I have seen the 1982 Braves almost inexplicably lose 19 of 21. I have seen the 1983 miss the playoffs after leading the West past midseason. If I am not mistaken it was a 5-6 game high water mark that year too. I have seen the 1984 Braves drop like a stone after Horner broke his wrist. So yes, to think anything is wrapped now is nuts.
