GDT: 7/29 braves @ gNats

Well obviously hitting a lhp that inning would've been great, but I was talking more big term now that markakis is out and ender has been pretty much relegated to a platoon guy

I was laughing about those hitters looking terrible that inning.
 
Probably why no one wanted to lose a pick for him.

I mean you can excuse his first couple of starts with his lack of ST but he's still slightly worse than his last few seasons if you exclude that. The fact is that he's a mid rotation starter who gets a lot of value by pitching a lot of innings. And that actually drops a bit by going to the NL. Nice guy to have but giving up a pick and/or multiple years isn't smart for obvious reasons.

It was a good move for the Braves though.
