Another person he includes in the “grifter” category: Andy Ngo, a conservative writer who’s built a Twitter persona around filming fights between antifa and right-wing extremists (that, and trying to convince people that hate crime allegations raised by LGBTQ+ Portlanders are simply “hoaxes”).

Ngo tags along with Patriot Prayer during demonstrations, hoping to catch footage of an altercation. Ben says Ngo doesn’t film Patriot Prayer protesters discussing strategies or motives. He only turns his camera on when members of antifa enter the scene.

“There’s an understanding,” he says, “that Patriot Prayer protects him and he protects them.”

When he switches the stream back on, he’s walking through NE Portland neighborhoods with the far-right protesters and Ngo, the conservative writer. They’re headed toward Cider Riot.

Ngo doesn’t film any of the conversations, and smiles when the group cracks jokes.

Again remember the narrative, an independent journalist attacked by Antifa thugs. Reality is he's someone who is part of one of the terrorist Alt-right groups. He associated himself with it. He's a media fraud, one who shares things out of context to get the right enraged. He's succeeded and now is a regular Fox contributor.

white guy shoots up another place, cites immigrants and inspiration from the president = mentally ill, no connection to white supremacy or donald trump.
 
Its legitimately baffling to me that people defend a group who is on video destroying property and assaulting people.

You dont have to agree with their opposition to call put unnecessary violence.
