We have Fema to the tune of x kazillion $ and we had a readiness in place. This has been an abysmal failure
of epic proportions

We are a Federalist system and I know you are dying for Trump to assume power of all things but that is not in his nature. He believes in the Constitution

The President has the most centralized power to do something. Pretty sure he would rather almost literally anyone else to be in the position doing something, not Trump.
They don't even realize how stupid their arguments are anymore.
