The Coronavirus, not the beer

Oklahoma is a state to keep an eye on. They have not tested much. They have a high proportion of positives when they have tested. And they have had 51 people die so far.

Dont stop at December Brit.

Then you'll know why COVID-19 is not as dangerous as we are led to believe.

I wish there was a greater sense of optimism to reflect the extremely hopeful developments the last few days.

I understand we aren’t close to being out of the woods, but that doomsday scenario of +1m dead is out the window and now it seems likely this will be <100k.

All things considered, this is a very minor price to pay to have our system shocked the way it was, which I maintain is something we badly needed to have happen.

I imagine the majority of Americans will go back to work first week of May.

Your message is confusing. Is Rona deadly? Or are hundreds of thousands of Chinese dying.

If it’s the latter then you should be more scared than you are.

China has crazy dense populations and their pollution issues are well documented.

Each geographic area is different.

CCP also could give a **** less about their peoples ljves.

Why does density matter if the majority of Americans already have it?

As someone who lives in southern Oklahoma we aren't taking this seriously at all. I'll drive by a local park with people playing basketball and disc golf. Pretty ridiculous.

I think it's much more ridiculous to ask people imprison themselves for [indefinite timeline] but that's just me

I think it's okay to ask people not to play pick up basketball for a few weeks. Maybe it's the introvert in me but staying home doesn't bother me.

Imagine someone forcing you to be an extrovert for a month?

People should be able to do what they want for the most part.

Seems like an extreme stretch that Trump is gonna make money of this drug.

It honestly is a much more complicated answer than the real answer: he saw it on Fox News, he doesn't understand the purpose/method of clinical trials and/or science, and he thinks medicine works like a video game.
