BREAKING: Kobe Bryant is expected to miss 6 weeks with fracture in his left knee.

Its a damn shame that Durant is playing during the Lebron era. Durant is going to be a top 10 player of all time and not enough is said about him because Lebron is the best of all time.

Awwww poor guy.

At least you are not disputing the fact that he will be top 10 all time.

But it is a shame because a player like this should be celebrated more than he is. A lot of it is playing in a small market of cousre but a lot of it is because Lebron is just ridiculously great.

Thunder are going to have to trade Reggie Jackson this offseason. I hope they win a ring this year.

Well, he could end up being top 10. But, its way to early to say it's a lock.

It's not even a question? Really?

In my mind I don't believe it is. Of course he needs to stay healthy and keep up this production level (or even improve it slightly) but aside from a terrible injury I just don't see why he wouldn't. He doens't rely on sheer physical ability (other than height/arm length which isn't going to go away). KD is going to age really well as opposed to a guy like Lebron who is a essentially a bruiser.

So who is he jumping in the top 10?

Depends on who your top 10 is. His aggregate numbers aren't there yet but the guy keeps getting better and is playing like one of the best of all time right now considering he is a complete two way player right now.

Doesn't he have to win something as well?

Is he jumping Kobe?

Absolutely he needs to win something.

Durant is a better player than Kobe. If Durant ever got to play with Shaq he would have won as well. Then when Bryant won those two other ones he had a ridiculous front court. Not saying that Durant isn't playing with a stacked team as well but playing with Shaq and playing with Westbrook are two different things.

You're really saying KD > Kobe?

Kobe won without Shaq, btw.

Yes, I am saying KD > Kobe.

Sure Kobe won without Shaq but then he had Gasol in his prime (great player) and a realtively healthy young Bynum. Lets not act like Kobe is this incredible player that won rings by himself. If KD shot as much as Kobe he would average 34 PPG.
