I'd go ahead and bring up Anderson and Davidson to make 2 starts each before the deadline. You could always option them back to Gwinnett.

Hopefully if it turns out that he tests positive (as a negative test early on isn't news, he's likely gone for at least 3-5 days imo), it doesn't mess us up.
