At least JT was set up somewhere in the same hemisphere on strike 3. Both of those calls would’ve been acceptable, even though they were a little outside, if the catcher was set up there. You can’t give a pitcher that pitch if he completely misses.
 
They need an official in the booth during the games and have them use the strike zone box we see on TV during the pitch. If it hits that zone, hit a buzzer to the hip of the umpire behind the plate that alerts him to call a strike....vice versa for a ball.

The umpires can’t manage or handle the human element of the game anymore. They are all different but equally sh*tty.
