Cause you expect his lawyers to not paint the rosiest possible picture of him? Assuming the DA has any significant evidence they'll get him convicted.

What the lawyer seems to mainly be doing is setting up his client for civil cases. Now instead of suing him for damages, he set up someone bigger and badder to sue, the car dealership who asked for armed protection, the police who stopped him from returning where he came from, etc.

Nah, he's a kid with nothing. Bankruptcy would wipe everything out without him losing anything.

There are two key facts working against a conviction. First, there was a gunshot before this idiot opened fire. The fact that this idiot wasn't the first to pull the trigger is important.

Second, in the second encounter, one of the two people shot was armed. So he was being pursued by an armed crowd.

Those are facts confirmed by the videos. There are plenty of people who have proven self-defense with less.

They would need to have something showing this idiot started the altercation. Absent that it's going to be very difficult.

that's why i put the clip up...to share AOC's participation in a project that depicts white men of Northern European origins in such a stereotypically racist manner...i found it shocking...and even more shocking that no one noticed until you pointed it out

They might be remotely equal if a police officer told you to put on a mask, and you started physically fighting with him/her. Other than that, not sure how these are equal.
