Nats @ Braves - Doubleheader 9/4. Game 2

What you guys don't understand about managing, some games don't really matter, like this one.

Snit gave a few pitchers some rest. A loss here after 5 wins in a row is fine.

That's fine. If you use a proper decision making process and lose, no big deal. This was pretty much a surrender in an eminently winnable game.

The result isn't nearly as important as the process used to obtain it.

I almost wish this remained a three run deficit. Losing by a run with two chances to get a game tying hit makes it more painful.

It'll be three chances blown when Camargo whiffs.

Edit: Called it.

I’m sorry but Johan sucks. He’s that dude with the glove but put the wood in the his hands and it’s “gtfoh”...he needs to be traded in the offseason for whatever in hell we can get.

Camargo will be arb-2, and I wouldn't really be surprised if he's non-tendered. I think Duvall—despite what some folks have speculated—is much more likely to get tendered as an arb-3 than Camargo is to be retained as an arb-2.
