Lucas Sims just gave up 3 runs. And Rio Ruiz came crashing way back down to earth. Just adding those because of what had been discussed on this board earlier this year.

Funny. Anderson's peripherals through 22 innings almost mirrors what he did in AA last year. 11.05 K/9, 4.09 BB/9, 0.41 K/9. A high K rate, below average BB rate, and a suppressed homerun rate.

That was my favorite part of the performance. He did not look good early, but settled in unbelievably. We just haven't saw that much from the young guys. It was a joke BTW... someone pointed out that newcomb was listed as a rhp yesterday.
