I've totally quit keeping up with most of the farm hands, but I always thought de la Cruz wasn't a real prospect. Apparently, I'm wrong though.

He moved up fast in 2019, but hasn't pitched above AA. Currently #12 on our Top 30 prospects at mlb.com. Big red flag for me is less than 300 IP over five minor league seasons.

While I sort of expect Jasseel De La Cruz to just keep a seat warm for a day or two, I'd love to see him piggy-back with Boxcar Wino. Just to see his stuff.
