No I wish death upon people who want to lock me up. You might not consider that violence but I do. I dont acknowledge that you or anyone else has any vote in what I do in the privacy of my own home. I have gone into great detail about the corrupt government conspiracy that was marijuana prohibition here before. I dont think you were around for that period of time. So you dont know that the chairman of the commission that created the Marijuana Tax law in 1933 said we needed marijuana to be illegal because it made white women have sex with black men. You dont know that the head of the Bureau of Prohibition wrote a bunch of propoganda Op-ed articles blaming grizzly murders on marijuana use despite all evidence to the contrary. You dont know that the head of the American Medical Association was kicked out of those hearings for pointing out they were using speculating newspaper articles mostly ghostwritten by the head of the Bureau of Prohibition. You dont know that head of the Bureau of Prohibition was later a US representative to the UN where they forced other countries to adopt a version of our drug laws in order to trade with the US. You dont know that the Marijuana Tax Act was declared unconstitutional but after 30 years of reefer madness propaganda the populace was already indoctrinated. You dont know that the federal government expert on marijuana for 30 years until the late 60's said he smoked marijuana once and it turned him into a bat. Thats real. You dont know that the federal government was forced by court order to supply medical marijuana the last 40 years all the while claiming it has no medicinal value. You dont know that marijuana's placement as a schedule 1 drug in the controlled substances act was appealed and the governments own judge ruled it clearly has medicinal value and should not be schedule 1. You dont know that the Supreme Court decision giving the government authority to regulate marijuana under the Interstate Commerce clause in the Constitution even when it is neither crossing a border or being sold is considered one of the worst Supreme Court decisions left standing right now and is a good bet to be overturned when we get justices who werent born in the reefer madness era. Seriously the logic is that if I grow and smoke my own weed I then wont buy it from someone who could potentially be from out of state. Really....
