Biden or Harris or any (D) of consequence have never committed to packing the court.
So, this is a (R) faux topic.
What they did say was "everything is on the table"
except of course the fly.
That was on Mike Pence's head
It is kinda like sturg.
They make up a controversy then expect people to take a side where, there is no side
So, the packing court question is a sturg question
a when did you stop beating your wife question

Not that it matters at this point, but I really thought Biden should have chosen Tulsi Gabbard as his running mate. She performed very well during the debates and had the extra bonus of being a veteran.

If anyone needed to land more, considering the polls and the clock, it was Pence.

The needle Kamala threaded tonight as a black woman needs to be acknowledged. How we're perceived is based on a short list of "permissible" behavior. She was strong, uncompromising and authentic without falling for bait meant to cast her as an "angry black woman." I'm in awe.

So it comes out that the next debate will now be virtual and Trump is saying he won’t participate if it’s virtual. Actually, the senate majority leader said he plans to do it.
Maybe its something Biden can simply say "I'm not interested in politicizing our most objective branch of government ".
But he won't do that, because we all know the dems must change the rules since they didnt like the last outcome.
