GDT: NLCS Braves vs Dodgers 10/12

It all depends on how long they think they’ll have to be without Duvall. If they bring up someone for him, he’s ineligible for the next round (which would represent the remainder of the playoffs).

Snit said they would have to bring up someone. Says Duvall popped his oblique pretty good so he’s done

One day we'll talk maybe about the Braves bench being Culberson, Sandoval, and Pache.

It's inevitable the Braves bench will be egregious for reasons of injury or whatever.

Is this real life?
What a start to a series.
Hopefully Snit starts Pache tomorrow instead of Panda.
I like having him on the bench and we need Pache’s D.
I thought the kid looked pretty solid tonight at the dish.
Hopefully Anderson pitches his ass off tomorrow.

Starting pitching was the reason I was fairly meh on this team coming into the playoffs. Oh, baseball, you beautiful broad.

Just watched the game (recorded - was at 2 AM for me)

What a great win. Fried was super, Buehler always looked like he was going to falter... and we didn't take advantage... typical game the old Braves would have lost, especially after the TV jinx (Dodger's HR coming right after they showed we were on a 23-inning shutout streak).

MM catching the home run was priceless!

This series is obviously far from over, but the dodgers are known for choking... they have a ton of pressure on them tonight. Hopefully they start pressing, and Ian's change up carves em up
