REAL FOOTBALL Thread

Not gonna lie. Bit worried about the Colts tonight. Our defense is just missing to many of our key -players.

Good win for Seattle, but Payton called an awful game today.

Too many runs.

Defense held up about as well as you could ask.

Not sure what else he could have done. Brees couldn't connect on anything in the first half. The running game was dojng alright, but the passing attack was non existent. I did say that Payton should have put the ball in Brees hands earlier though.

Kick the field goals, that's what he could have done.

People are dumb on this board so when they say a team is running too much they don't realize that teams run a lot for areason because it opens up the playbook. If the Saints only threw in the first half it would have been a bloodbath.

He had a good 5 seconds when he caught the ball. Get out of bounds around the 35. Dumbest football play I have ever seen someone make.

Did Cajun ever say if he made the bet or not?

No I didnt. I tried but the places I tried require more time than a few days to get started and it would only let me deposit 500 at a time. I was going to take the points which means I still would have lost but it would have been by 1 point and I would probably be trying to hang myself right now.

Great idea! How did those field goal attempts workout for them?

If there was ever a game the Colts needed Richardson its today. Gonna be a wet and wild day in foxboro. Richardson steps up it makes it a better day. If he doesn't or another rb doesn't it will be a long day

How did those 4th down conversions work? You go for it on 4th between the 40s, never when you can score.

Oh look Howie Long agrees with me, no DPI, perfect timing.

A defensive guy not admitting a foul on a defense? Thats unheard of. Groundbreaking stuff there.

0-2 on field goals is why you don't attempt long field goals with a kicker you have has three weeks.

Alright on to the nightcap. If Indy gets down early like they have been prone to do, it could get ugly. However Luck showed last week you can't count the Colts out. I think New England pulls this one out.

Colts 17
Pats 23

Also this sideline reporter is pretty hot. Haven't seen here before.

They weren't 0-2 when they went for it. The second 4th down attempt I can forgive a little. Not the first though. The first was moronic and kept them off the board.

Also geez luck. That was terrible

I was referring to the two missed field goals by the Saints. Graham was on the roster for like three weeks and in those awful conditions, Payton couldn't count on his kicker to deliver.
