For starters there are people under oath stating ballots were post dated to be received prior to Election Day end in PA and MI. Maybe you aren’t convince by this but this is for sure defined as evidence

In the court filing I mentioned just earlier there were counties that gave their voters more advantages than voters in other counties because election laws were violated. They were allowed more time to cure their ballots. We have rules and guidelines on how elections are ran and it’s not permissible to give one voter more power than another.

We have already seen a few mysterious glitches that of course always have a one way error. Who is to say that glitch didn’t happen in the vast swath of voting population it holds? Doesn’t mean it’s true but there is a convincing argument to at least recount those counties.

Universal mail in ballot introduced so much risk to the election unnecessarily. Early in person voting was successful.

you're an enemy of the state

don't worry

you are most likely it too

your rapid transition to cult member and embracing this is sickening as well

Can Barr, Mitch and Lady G can cause enough hay to have the election end up in the Supreme Court? This is what I was afraid of.

If the PA Republican legislature goes rogue they can only not certify their own votes. The Governor appoints the electors and he is a Democrat.

PA (Toomey) and WI (Johnson) are the most vulnerable for Republicans. Depending on the popularity of Biden, I suspect Democrats could take over these seats. Similarly, NH and NV barely went for the Democrats in 2016. You’re probably right that Democrats pick up at least 1 seat, but realistically need 3 to pass anything really progressive if GA goes to Republicans.

2024 is a nightmare map for Democrats. The doomsday scenario of court packing and state expansion basically die for the foreseeable future if Perdue/Loeffler both win.

A Trump loss while gaining in the House and and holding on to the Senate is likely the best long term outcome for Pubs. A Trump win would have likely meant midterm losses in 2022 and a Blue surge in 2024. A loss probably means Pubs take the House and barely lose the Senate in 2022, then are favorites to take control of all three in 2024.

It's worth noting that 2016 Hassan was running against an incumbent Ayotte, so I don't think the vote will be as close.

Where are these people under oath stating that?

I have seen one shred of "evidence" and it's not what you're saying.

Also a decorated member of the military under oath said ya boi was being shady, and that doesn't matter to you so you have no ****ing ground to stand on buuuuuuddyy.

When did Gore concede... like December 15th?

Because of a tight race and recount. No state in this election is 500 votes apart.

I want them to audit and count the thing. Because I think we'll see the Republicans cheated more and Trump will lose more states and they'll lose a Senate seat or 2 as well. Because clearly there was republican voter fraud.
