So let me see if I can get this right. According to you, the Democrats are incompetent. Yet somehow, they managed to coordinate an unprecedented effort to give Biden millions of more votes than Trump and were able to keep it secret and under wraps through the whole thing. So, are they just super competent or what?

Literally no one is saying that. Actually (and you know this) rare and small scale fraud happens every election and has been discussed in this thread exhaustively (you also know this). There's always a little. But a few hundred votes, or a few thousand votes, or 20,000 votes aren't going to change the outcome of the election. If he has proof of significant fraud he needs to put it in the media because right now the campaign looks like a laughing stock.

Illegal canvassing

Uneven opportunity to cure ballots

It wasn’t one or two or even three fraudulent activities. It was the aggregation of several avenues to change the election result. It will be all public ally accepted soon.

I agree with you that it's likely not enough not make a difference but why wouldn't you want to AGGRESSIVELY investigate and snuff out players who did it, so it doesn't happen again?
