I believe if he was impeached and removed he would not get SS in that situation. I believe he would be stripped of it while in prison and regain it when out of prison. He would be safe in prison though. Neo-Nazis and prison guards are overwhelmingly pro-Trump. Would be surprised if he polled under 90% from those groups.

Judge in the Flynn case orders DoJ to certify their evidence under penalty of perjury after prosecutors were caught altering evidence to support Flynns case. It's almost exactly what Clinesmith did. In this case they added dates to handwritten notes to pass them off as having been written at a different time. Sure would love to see an investigation of that.

I cant wait until Biden wins and they file a new brief dropping the request to be dismissed and ask for the sentencing to proceed. Flynns lawyers will say that corrupt and being done for partisan political reasons. Judge Sullivan should get a kick out of that.

Sullivan went to the trouble of swearing Flynn in when he was entering his plea bargain. He has Flynn dead to rights on perjury. I think Flynn gets a pardon. But the new DoJ should go after him on the perjury to Sullivan.

Shortly after the resignation of his prized deputy and with the election looming on the horizon, Durham phoned Barr. He forcefully told the attorney general that his office would not be releasing a report or taking any other significant public actions before Election Day, according to a person with knowledge of the phone call. Dannehy’s resignation constituted an implied but unspoken threat to Barr that Durham or others on his team might resign if the attorney general attempted to force the issue, according to a person familiar with Durham’s thinking.

After hearing from Durham in September, Barr informed the president and allies that there would be no October surprise, causing Trump to lash out. “Unless Bill Barr indicts these people for crimes — the greatest political crimes in the history of our country — then we’re going to get little satisfaction unless I win,” he told Fox Business last month. “[These] people should be indicted, this was the greatest political crime in the history of our country. And that includes Obama and it includes Biden.”
 
Durham had a reputation as a straight shooter which made his appointment a little puzzling. He commented on the case after IG Horowitz exonerated the FBI of any criminal wrongdoing which was out of character for him. I never believed the report would come out before the election. I thought the plan was to use it so they could allude to it for campaign purposes as something big coming.

But my MAGA facebook friends have gone quiet about Durham. He was their ace in the hole when he was announced to be investigating.
 
Is it me or is the administration's recount mechanations look an awful lot like their Russia investigation mechanations
