it has nothing to do with "mainstream media." the pollsters clearly have issues reaching every type of voter, but nothing is fabricated in what they report, and i'd love to see evidence that it's in anyway coordinated with "mainstream media." i'm guessing that evidence is as abundant as trump's fraud evidence.

I dont know if they are lying but they can be as susecptible to bias as anyone else. They can certainly target certain areas, oversample certain parties, or not question their results based on their pre conceived notions.

But two straight elections the big money polls were very wrong in states and each time they were very wrong in the same direction.

Once is maybe a mistake... twice is either intentional or incompetence, neither of which is good
 
To get out ahead of it, Fayette County in Georgia also had missing votes, like a data nerd on Twitter was talking about.

Biden now leads in Georgia by just under 13k.

Unless that data nerd is missing anything else, that's it for the missing votes. It's definitely odd that there was two counties that had "that" many missing votes, but in hindsight, Raffensperger should have allowed all of the counties to do their recanvassing (as it'd have been caught then) before calling for that hand audit or whatever you want to call it (if you don't want to call it a true audit, fine, but wouldn't you want a hand count to make sure of what's going on with the machines if you're going to scrutinize them?), but he's been under a lot of pressure, so I don't blame him.

Georgia will certify on Friday this week after Fayette/Floyd re-certify.

Then we'll see what happens after that.
 
In 2016 they were extremely accurate in terms of the popular vote. The worst polling was off in any state was I believe 6% and there were states that the polling overestimated Trumps support. The states that the polls got most wrong they also were off by 20% in the Democratic primary as Bernie was down 20% in those states but beat Hillary. The "mainstream" polling also release their methedology and data for anyone to pick apart. Any polling that doesnt do that isnt credible imo.


Trump doesnt want the polls to be accurate. If he did he would encourage his supporters to answer the polls when they call. Its a self fulfilling prophecy.
 
Where is this conspiracy that Trump tells his supporters not to talk to pollsters?

I've seen several of you say it as fact but I've never heard of this.

I think we should start doing live televised voting and make it kind of like the draft.

"Dalyn from WV takes...Joe Biden in the 2020 presidential election!"

Then I want us to get reaction shots from the two candidates (or hopefully 3 or more in the future) with each vote.

Not sure where it actually started, but I first saw it on Twitter (of course). It was actually from a Trump fan who was bragging about how they all lied. Seemed stupid.

Its what the result of Trump attacking the media and polls is. I dont think I said he told them not to answer polls but when he was complaining about Republicans being under represented in the polls he didnt encourage his supporters to answer them. I think we can both agree if Trump told his supporters to answer the polls so the polls would more accurately reflect reality they would have done so. But he didnt because he wants the polls to be off so it fits the narrative he wants to tell.

I think both sides should nominate a champion and let them fight to the death to determine who the next President is. Ratings would be off the charts.

Wouldnt you be claiming the votes were fraudulent if they magically found some more Biden votes laying around? Find more Trump votes laying around its fraud by the Democrats. Find more Biden votes laying around and its also fraud by Democrats. You see what you want to see.
