it is too ****ing funny that trump has to depend on *rudy giuliani* and people like thethe just absolutely eat it up. rudy has no business in a courtroom. a full on nutjob. and he’s the supposed hero lmao

he got absolutely whipped today. the judge asked what standard of review should be applied and rudy says, and i quote, “the normal one” lmaooo i’ve taken a grand total of 6 law classes in my studies and i legitimately could answer that better

JD from NYU. That's pretty good law school

What’s the makeup of the PA SC?

Do you mean how many GOP cult members are on the court?

The only ONE court case team Trump has won was to segregate a small number of ballots for the time being. And it's meaningless. PA is still solidly in the column for President Elect Joseph Robinette Biden.

If you guys think these cases weren’t going to go to the SCOTUS then you weren’t paying attention.

Michigan will probably be awarded to trump after this decision on Wayne county.

It’s all going to happen.

And then the left will riot.

And you guys think the Dems won this election fairly? They literally don’t want people to see what they are doing.

Michigan has a Democratic Secretary of State and Attorney General. If the state board decides to try to deadlock next, the SOS can break the tie and would likely do so to say to certify Wayne County.

This crying by Republicans about what happened in Wayne County is a lot more likely to be a waste of time and taxpayer money than anything.

Voters will remember all this next election, too. Such a misstep for the Republican party. Hard to believe they are this shortsighted.

Can the democrats explain the countless statistical impossibilities that have been presented?

Why are the democrats so against having a transparent process?

If they won fair and square then why not o through an audit?

I believe the voters will remember the GOP fighting for the working class people of this country for sure.

Impossibilities are different than improbabilities. For one, improbabilities are not impossible.

This is pure hackery, especially given that @MIGOP had a statement already drawn up given that they released one 5 minutes after this was out.

This seems more like a stall tactic than anything but given the process here, the worst that's likely to happen is this gets thrown to a Michigan court and promptly gets thrown out again with the court saying that Michigan will have to certify with the results they have unless you actually see something concrete come up that would change everything.

That ethics complaint against Palmer is probably going to come back to bite her in the ass after this.

1. The burden of proof is on you. I could make up a list of things I want explained.

2. Replace that with Republicans and its a question thats been asked over and over and over the last 4 years. Like why didnt the federal government release the report on how much money they spent at Trump properties before the election?

3. The precedent during Trumps term is if he isnt legally required to do something then he doesnt have to. For example, releasing his tax returns. Arent you against inferring that he has something to hide with his taxes because he wont release them?

4. Sure hope these Republican legislatures make the changes you want for future elections. Thats where I think the MAGA people should focus their time and energy.

All of this is about stalling. It serves two purposes: 1 - Gives Trump more time to pull in donations to pay off his campaign debt. 2 - Slows and hinders the transition to the Biden administration to make things a bit more difficult for them.

These are both in line with Trump's history, and makes far more sense than him believing his own con.

Improbabilities are being to kind as to what the data analytics show.

Nope. It is literally the term that you use in these circumstances when dealing with data analytics. Using the word impossible is incredibly misleading.

All the while he fires anyone who doesn’t agree with him. Trump just fired the country’s top cybersecurity official, Chris Krebs, who had publicly debunked Trump’s fraud claims. Krebs had released a statement stating, “There is no evidence that any voting system deleted or lost votes, changed votes, or was in any way compromised.”

Of course. He knows in reality that he has nothing left to lose by going out in a rampage. He is going to take a lot of people down on his way out.

And this is why people who Trump has leverage on have no credibility when they say good things for or about Trump. Your job as a federal employee is to help the Trump campaign not serve the US.

It’s pathetic. He’s pathetic. And anyone who supports this behavior is pathetic and does not support doing what is best for this country.
